Allow vendors to fill out a form and then store information in a database. Manipulate the database for reports. Existing pdf form will be made available once bid is accepted.
1. Create a Vendor form that will populate a vendor application table (we have a pdf form suited for this already, you can use this or write your own, as you see fit)
2. Create an interface to insert/update/delete records in the vendor application table (may update one or many records)
3. Create an interface to run reports/lookup on the vendor application table (may return one or more records)
4. We have a valid ChronoForms installation if that will work for this project
5. Limit who can see/interact with the database
