API to webshop in Woocommerce. Update stock, price and handle order.

WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE PRICE AFTER WE MAKE A DEAL. THEN YOU MUST SAY IT BEFORE IN YOUR PROPOSAL.

Our project is to create a custom API to update our web shop in Woocommerce with the warehouse data.

It shall be programmed in php / Json and is a bit urgent, as our web shop cannot open right now, due to this not working. Is shall work automatic by a CRON job, and shall not slow down the speed.

The following details shall be done by automatic with the API:

1. Update price and Stock

We match woocommerce product with API/warehouse product

- We match woocommerce “sku” with warehouse “articleNumber” but!

- When woocommerce “sku” starts with “DD-“ is shall not be update

- If there ain’t a match between “sku” and “articleNumber” the stock shall be set to 0

2. Export order data to warehouse

Second part of API is – when there is a order in Woocommerce, it automatic export the details to warehouse.

Name

delivery address

Phone number ect.

When the API export data to the warehouse, it shall also sent a mail to customer service.

BUT if there are product with “DD-“ sku, it shall not be sent to warehouse. But still stand in the mail to custormer service. Because we got 2 warehouses, we can send from. So, we need to know about the item in the email, but don’t export the item to the warehouse.

3. Import confirmation from warehouse

The last part, is to get a confirmation from warehouse – that the got the data, confirm and sent a track & trace code back.

So short description is:

1. Update stock & price

2. Export order to warehouse

3. Import order data and confirmation from warehouse

We got all code, test code to API and API documentation ready, when we make a deal
