I've developed a few websites on Laravel4 and understand your requirements. I'm assuming you already have a CMS for the main pages (the /sell/some-phone-model sections?) that runs off Laravel and I will be adding an additional fields for the meta data entry of each pages so we'll get unique meta data for each pages for SEO purpose. I'll also require a copy of the existing codes and databases to replicate a test site for testing and validation purpose (to show it is working) before deploying it on your live site. It is not a difficult job but after reviewing the code I have to clarify something with you. I am sure that we will have to make changes to the database. So to work offline I'll need access to a database or a copy of it.
