Change/Integrate new admin theme to Laravel system integrating VueJS

We are looking for a laravel and VueJs expert.
We have a system (educational institute/college system) in Laravel (Php+Mysql system) that we are planning to implement. But we do not like the existing old fashioned backend design or admin theme. So, we need someone to integrate vuejs powered admin theme (or any other similar) to the existing system (i.e. how things are displayed and especially form are submitted) — only backend.
You don’t need to create a backend design or theme from scratch but use some standard available admin template. But it is not only changing the design, but all forms and interaction should be changed using vuejs. The current backend system does not use vuejs.
So, the task is integrating an existing system to a new look or design which has vueJs as well.
Existing Laravel app (full source code will be provided) + Laravel vuejs admin theme (source code provided).
Strictly important: You must change the design of all the parts (as it is now), not only some parts. The original app should fully work in the new design (just change in design and use of Vuejs).
Based on functions, the system should fully work as it is doing now after the integration or design change i.e., all the functions should be available or should not be broken. If there are any errors that should be corrected. It is up to the developer to make the required changes or corrections to make it fully working if needed.
Budget is below 900 AUD (If you cannot do it with in the budget range, please do not bid).
We will be able to transfer all the files ONLY if we award the project.
The project is more integrating task, plus you have to change all the form interaction as well and submit the form using VueJs. You don't have to add new features.

Need a periodic updates
Must be done within the deadline. Preference to those who can complete it as soon as possible. Include how many do you need, and we need the task done by the deadline.
the backend will be on our server, or you need to transfer file after each milestone transfer.
