We have online stores, each selling to a specific country.
In order to reduce the number of unaccepted packages, the idea is to receive information about unaccepted packages through GLS api.
The procedure would be as follows:
1. GLS reports on unaccepted package
2. The customer, that did not accept the package receives the first mail as a notification that they have not taken the package
3. x days later, the customer receives another email stating that they have not accepted the package
4. The customer is called by telephone from one of us
(optional step somewhere in between: Customer receives SMS on unaccepted package)
It would be necessary to have an interface where it would make sense to have an overview of the information and some aditional functionality. It is important to see if the client has opened the mail or not. At the same time it is necessary to be able to regulate the status of each unaccepted package (in the connectiong aith gls API).
