Laravel developer required for 2 user story tasks at 5K for a website project

The project would be a fixed scope work, the developer need to sign an NDA with us once the project is awarded, before sharing the credentials and code access. We have a total budget of Rs.5,000, and the payment will be made in 2 milestone of Rs.1,500 and Rs.3,500 respectively on completion of the user stories and sub-tasks, we have strict deadline of 2 days for the completion of both the user stories If you are an agency or a company, please don't participate, as we would only prefer a freelancer over a company to bid on our project.
