PHP / Laravel Front End User Interface Editing

Job Description:
I am looking for somebody who can edit template files of a Laravel project. I already have mock-ups that will need to be implemented in the [login to view URL] files. The graphic design part of this project is not super sophisticated, it is more about bringing some structure to my page as the current front end is too stacked and I need it clearer. Editing functions is not necessary.
You will need PHP, Laravel, and front end skills. You should be able to set the project up through Docker, which just makes it easier.
I will provide you with the needed Laravel project files and docker-compose files.
If you accept the job, I suggest to have a brief call to exactly discuss the scope of the work.
I assume at maximum 1 hour for setting up the project in Docker and six to eight hours for doing the front end work (hours applicable to somebody familiar with PHP and Laravel).
