I hope you are doing well. Freelancer finally fixed my problem :)
In the past week, I was working on finalizing the layout and UI of our iPhone app. Since we really liked your work in lazymeal, we decided to give you multiple projects for the design of this app. We have tones of work for you and we hope you can dedicate your focus and time on our project. This app is designed for iPhone 4S with the resolution of 640x960 and 326 ppi. We need all the files, front end graphics and icons in order to link our back end programming to it. I'm not sure about the type of files we are going to receive since we've never done a mobile app. Please send me a message and inform me about this matter.
Now let's get to the project:
The page I uploaded for you is a PNG file created by Fire Works. This is my first time using it and I'm not sure ho it can help but I thought it might be better than drawing on paper :) This is the first page for which we need graphics.
The title bar has no buttons and when the user scrolls to the left or right the content of the page changes (the incomplete word on the right corner is there to indicate the scrolling function).
The next bar is the location indicator which states the user's current location. By clicking on this bar (button) the user can set a new location or choose a location from the previously entered addresses (layout will be given in the future phases of this project).
The next section is the deal box. We like these boxes to become 3D and out of the page. The photo of the burger is just an example, you don't need to replicate it. This photo can be carved into the box (you are free to experiment with all kinds of creative things that you know). You can insert a sample image there. Later on we are going to have iconic images that represent different types of food at this location. The title of the deal should only occupy two lines. The $$ sign shows the relative price of the deal, it needs to stand out somehow (i.e. different color than the title). On the right side of the box, in front of the $$, the number and the arrow show the relative distance of the deal from the user. Below the image the heart represents number of "Wants" and the check mark represents the # of people who "Tried" the deal. In front of the green button [icon is example] (the icon should represent the concept of time), the valid time of the deal is presented. Please remember that you are free to change any icon, font size and dimensions within the iPhone 4S framework. Our only concern is that "3" deals with the given information need to be displayed at once on the screen. You can be as creative as you want :) I trust you.
One more thing: the small setting icon attached to a narrow bar at the bottom of the page is a pop up for a control panel. I'll send the detail and mock-up of this panel to you in the next phase of the project. When the user touches this icon the panel will pop up. The icon for this panel should be the "e" of lazymeal (not the setting icon :) )
Please feel free to ask me anything. You can also add me on Skype ([url removed, login to view]) if you want to talk face to face. I will be sending you some of the relevant graphics of our last graphic designer in the company. They might help you a bit with logo or other stuff.
Looking forward to hear from you soon
