Emails & Follow up calls, and scheduling real estate viewings

We are a short term housing solutions company. We are seeking the right candidate for a short term trial period which may lead into longer term position.
We're looking for someone fluent in English and able to work the US Eastern Time Zone from 9-5pm,
We have email & phone scripts we will supply. We need someone to find apartment complex's that are open to our short term housing solutions business model and scheduling appointments to view the properties.
Deliverables for agreeable properties:
Property and leasing agent names, email addesses, building websites, security deposit amounts, furnished/unfurnished, lease terms, pricing for 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, do they offer multiple unit discounts for corporate leases, move in dates.
We expect 3-5 agreeable buildings to be found by the freelancer each week. We will provide the locations to search.
Experience is required.
