Flowster is growing! We are seeking to add an Outreach Manager to our team. After a trial period, this would be a full time position. In this role you will oversee automated outreach campaigns to potential customers and manage replies. Things You Will Do Monitor activity of outreach campaigns, reporting defined metrics Manage campaign schedules to ensure timing is optimized Nurture relationships with future customers with effective email responses Things You Should Understand Email Campaigns – the flow of communication and the importance of timing Professional Communication – it’s about more than just proper spelling and grammar. Knowing how to strike the right tone and deliver an engaging message is critical. Things You Should Have Immaculate English language skills – especially in writing but also spoken English The ability to work during US working hours The self-motivation to provide quality work and a desire to continue to learn and grow
