IT Recruitment BD Specialist

I run a specialist recruitment consultancy and I’m ready to scale our client base in the Information Technology space. What I need now is a business development professional whose core strength is lead generation—someone who can open doors inside large IT enterprises and feed a steady flow of qualified prospects into our pipeline. Your day-to-day will revolve around sourcing and profiling decision-makers (talent acquisition heads, HR leaders, department directors), warming them through personalised outreach, and booking discovery calls that I can step into. While client relationship management and full sales cycles may follow later, the immediate mandate is pure lead generation. Preferred methods and tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), plus any enrichment platforms you already trust. Experience with IT service providers, SaaS vendors, system integrators, or product-based tech giants is a big plus because these are exactly the companies we aim to serve. Deliverables • Weekly spreadsheet or CRM export of fresh, enterprise-level IT leads with verified contact details • Brief notes on outreach status and next actions • A minimum agreed number of booked intro meetings per month Acceptance Criteria • Leads come from organisations with 1,000+ employees in the IT sector • Contact details must have <5 % bounce rate on first send • Meetings are scheduled directly on my calendar and confirmed by the prospect If you have a proven track record of penetrating large technology organisations and filling calendars with high-value calls, I’d love to hear how you can make an immediate impact.
