List Development Manager Using Amazon Mechanical Turk

I'm looking for someone with prior experience managing one or more projects using Amazon's Mechanical Turk service. The specific job is to develop a large sales lead list using a combination of sources (purchased lists, internet data, etc) and then verify and append data to these lists using the Mechanical Turk service. Your role will be to manage the overall process. This means you will do the following: - Take lists from us and/or find other lists and evaluate the requirements needed to process the list successfully - Develop the work flow required for processing through Amazon Web Services. This will include building in quality checks to insure that the output qualifies for payment. - Work with a technical resource to implement the work flow required. If you have the technical skills required, you may do this part yourself. - Test the work flow before releasing. - Monitor the process as needed. - Manage the payment process. We want to develop a process (or processes) that follow this general outline: 1) Acquire lists for processing 2) Develop HITs that verify the existence of the company, accuracy of phone number, existence of contact and title, obtain or verify phone and email if possible. 3) Develop HITs that take a sample of the output of #2 above and verify. 4) Send output to our CRM system You do not need to have programming or technical skills for this project, but you do need to know how to manage the person who will provide those if it's someone else. The successful candidate in this role will have prior experience in lead list development and worked with Amazon Web Services, specifically Amazon Mechanical Turk.
