Crypto Hedgefund

Hi,

I need a contract for a Crypto Hedgefund.

The contract must contain:

1. All normal aspects of an investment-contract

2. A description of my different fees (which I will explain closer later on)

3. The investors must understand that they can lose everything they invest and that I am in no shape, way or form responsible for their losses.

4. Three different risk "options" for the investors to tick off on

5. It (the contract) can not be tied to me (Lafong) at all. It must be tied to my company in either Switzerland, Hungary, Cyprus, or some other country with low corporate taxation.

6. A description of the "withdrawal process" that says investors must give a 10 day advance before they can withdraw their money.

The contract must be really really solid and have no flaws with it. I will hire another freelancer to review the document; if they find any flaws or anything wrong with it at all you will have to fix [login to view URL]
