Need experienced paralegal or law professional to assist with motions, pleadings, case organization and legal research. Individual must have extensive knowledge and experience working on civil, unlimited cases using the U.S. common law system, Rules of Court and Code of Civil Procedure. Individual must also be familiar with pleading structures, points and authorities and case law citations; most importantly seeking someone that can follow edits, good communication skills, works well under a tight schedule and can work independently.
