Design Work using scss and Bootstrap

I would like you to customize my theme using scss and bootstrap.
I never want to edit css files to customize my template
Also. you should be very familiar with npm as well as scss / sass and bootstrap.

Eventually, my requirements are as following:
1. Use scss for design customization( you need to work in [login to view URL])
2. Customize/Design pages in Stripe style.
All UI sections(side bar, top bar, menus, and sections in every page) and All UI elements(menu, input, button, a, select, chart, search bar) MUST be very similar to ones in stripe dashboard.

4. Do not touch core scss files in saas directory and Do not edit CSS files generated to customize the template.
