I need a list of 300 hot forums, creating username and post my ads there

Hello, I need 3 things:
1. Provide me a list of 300 "active" forums (and some words description of its topic). the forum's topics must be around: Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Scientific research, Physics, Chemistry and Economy.
2. Register to the above forums with the username and information i will provide (for this step you can use Roboform)
3. Post my short advertisement (1 page A4) into those forums (may be we cannot post all 300, but please post as much as possible in the suitable section). Write 3 "K" in your bid so i know that you have read the total description.
