1 Way Links - Any PR

Need 150 permanent one way links to my site. All links must meet the following requirements: 1. All links must be from theme related sites 2. All links must be static, direct and using provided anchor text. 3. The link page must have been indexed by google. no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking and the like 4. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, guestbooks, Blogs or articles submission. 5. You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 6. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted 7. One link per domain/IP. 8. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 9. Non-reciprocal links only. 10. Links must be from sites in English language. Looking for a long term business relation, as there will be more projects in the near future.
