Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to help me with the recruitment process for a personal assistant or virtual assistant position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accounts on multiple websites, posting the job description, and managing the application process.
You will be responsible for filtering through candidates and identifying the top ten candidates by reviewing their resumes, conducting interviews and reviewing their skills and previous experience. After conducting the initial interviews, you will be responsible for shortlisting the top five candidates and passing their details on to me for further interviews.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting individuals for a company or individual, and be able to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The job advertisement will be posted on popular job platforms including LinkedIn, [login to view URL], Indeed, Glassdoor, Timesjobs, and Monster India.
The primary role of the personal assistant will be to assist with personal tasks and day-to-day activities such as raising a visa, booking flight tickets, purchasing furniture and arranging for their delivery at the client's home. I will provide a detailed job description for the position later.
