We have vTiger and asterisk install and been set up with function of Incoming Calls Popup window. When there is a incoming call to the asterisk PBX, Asterisk will play a welcome IVR. After the caller inputed the extension number, the vTiger user have this extension number will got a popup window. If the callerID is registered to vTiger system, vTiger will prompt the caller's phone number and name. If not, vTiger will prompt the phone number and ask the user to create a new Lead or contact etc.
The system works well now with a little problem. After the welcome IVR, if the caller input the number "0" for receptionist for help, The receptionist, who's extension number is "801", will not got the popup window in vTiger.
We need the system to be: When the caller input the number "0", the receptionist's extension "801" will ring and got the vTiger popup window. If extension "801" is busy or unavailable, the phone will be transferred to extension "802" and got the vTiger popup window. and so on.
