Domain Name Resolution Problem

Job Description:
We had to change the IP of our Apache WebServer and now the domain names are not resolving, even after we have added the new IP and our Website Hosts have changed the redirects to the new IP.
We can resolve and see the websites from local subnets having contiguous IPs, but not from outside.
We think it may be due to some port blocking issues or some automatic security enabled by Webmin.
We need someone to fix this ASAP.
I will provide the root password to the successful bidder so that we can fix this ASAP.
