I have VOIP through Centurylink. recently I changed my router so that we could set up a vpn with Azure. the new router is a cisco asa and for the most part, the router is up and running. the biggest problem I need to solve tonight is fixing the phone's registration to the CenturyLink network. Randomly the phone will go unregistered and sometimes they will renew their registration but most of the time you needs to restart the phone to get a dial tone again.
