FTP issue with CyberPanel on OpenLiteSpeed

Over the last 24 hours, I have been testing out various cPanel alternatives and found I quite like the simple interface of CyberPanel which sits upon an OpenLiteSpeed server. However, I don't seem able to connect using my FTP client (WinSCP) and not sure what the problem is.

WinSCP outputs the following the error message

"Server sent passive reply with unroutable address [login to view URL], using host address instead.

Timeout detected. (data connection)

Could not retrieve directory listing

Error listing directory '/'."

Note the above IP address has been changed and is the private IP of my EC2 instance.

Hopefully, someone will have a quick answer as apart from this, CyberPanel on OpenLiteSpeed is really good and perfect for my requirements.
