Level 3 System Admin for 9-5 EST

I have one server to run now for now it has 25 clients and it will reach 200, with Cpanel Linux platform, and I need a really qualified staff to run it. I clearly do not need a full time guy to run this, considering that’s it is one server, but I do want one very qualified to be available everyday between 9-6 EST. Now that does not mean I cannot wait 15 minutes once in awhile but it’s important to have one person here. I simply realized that a person no matter how qualified he is, when he does not know my server and does not pay attention to it, he simply does stupid mistakes. I don’t see how you would need to spend more than 10 hours per week, especially if you maintain it well it will be 10 hours per month. Please convince me that you are truly a level 3 staff that is capable of maintaining that server and of course you need to be available between 9-5 EST or even better 9-9. It can be a team of 2 guys also. Please make a bid for a month work P.S. I'm definitely looking for offshore affordable solution if possible
