Sysadmin for shell scripting and programming

Hi.

i have Ubuntu 16.8

i am using jitsi ([login to view URL]) for online meetings. and I need to record audio of (let's say) tutor and student both in a conference.

I am looking for a sysadmin for custom development. to develop a program which can record audio of both parties and save the file somewhere in server once the call is done.

The size of a file (let’s say) of a 30 minutes audio call, should not exceed 15mb.

We need to record audio only. Not video.

There is some plugin available with jitsi for doing this job. but that is very experimental.

The script should be able to record 100+ concurrent session easily without putting high load on server.

this can be mp3 or wav file or any other file (discuss with me first).
