Windows 7 Pro & 10 Pro Power Shell Scripting

Hi looking for someone that can create a PowerShell script this will be used for local admin change password. Below Is link in a video of what I like done - since I couldn't upload it [login to view URL] local account: administrator password: blah blah so currently password is (admin) but instead of fat finger the new password when I do control alt delete change password the new password I want I keep getting prompted for password does not match. so I like a PowerShell script to run to change the admin password from blah blah to what I want it to be. So a powershell script that can work under admin or non-admin to change the local admin password. if for it to work under non-admin need some credentials to validate either enter info in the script so I can edit the credentials or have a pop up asking for admin to authorize the script. but the script I will edit to put the actual password I want on the script so when it runs it inputs it automatically the new password.
