Forced live chat application
Looking for an application (and implementation) of live chat product that would launch a live web based chat application on client side (customer service) and ability for customer service to then force a chat window on the customer if [url removed, login to view] be robust and proven.
application shpuld provide a way to immediatly contact customers who have credit cards rejected i.e. they land on an error or rejected card page and get contacted by customer support.
