I have created an LLC called Events by Lissa ([login to view URL]). I have a website and I'm listed in thumbtack. I have all these jobs rolling my way, but I'm stuck and can't grab these weddings, parties, social functions, and other events because I dont have contracts, agreements, business cards, thank you letters, logos, brands. I have worked in hospitality my entire life and know many professional chefs, certified insured bartenders, wait staff, DJs, Vendors, Venues, and bands. So I'm a planner of events but also provide professional wait staff, bartenders, chefs, and entertainment. I want professional contract, agreement, and timeline forms with the scope of duties for planning, wait staff and bartending included. I want a client questionnaire tied to my website and based on the clients' input on these questions I would like my contract, agreement, and timeline forms to be automatically completed as much as possible. Forms that can be used for any event situation with little or no add-ons per event. This will take someone familiar with editing web pages to be able to link all this together. Also someone talented in creating event and hospitality contract and agreement forms.
