Hello interested bidders,
This is a project for a logo design for my Web design company, Visual Binary. Normally, I like to outsource these kinds of things because it allows for a different perspective from our usual design style (plus we're quite busy at the moment and, as always, have to put client projects first).
We need a logo/logotype that will lend itself well to any sort of different connotations.
We're looking for something simple, yet not simplistic. There should be a philosophy and meaning behind it. It should, in some way, represent a dichotomous relationship between the world of design and world of programming/coding. The final requirement is that it be color independent (i.e. the design can be implemented within various color contexts).
It can be a logo (image based) or logotype (text based). I'm leaning towards logotype but am 100% open to other ideas.
I've set the budget on the low end, but if the work demands it, I'll raise it. I'm looking for quality work.
You *MUST* have an existing portfolio to be considered. People new to GAF are free to bid as long as they can prove their experience/expertise.
I don't believe in speculative work, so you do not need to submit a proof/demo or anything like that, though if you feel it will enhance your bid, feel free. I do ask that you elaborate a little bit on a concept though (what your ideas are, etc...). Also included in your bid should be your policies on revisions and design process.
I won't wait until the end of the bidding period to choose, so bid early. Thank you and happy bidding :)
