The attached file has three columns. Work_done_DateTime | Contractor_Name | is_accident_true (whether the work done resulted in an accident or not).
Your first goal is to create a predictive model. Is the given Contractor more likely to cause an accident?
Feel free to use creative temporal features. The only important rule is that you cannot use the most recent 1 month of information. I.e If you are predicting today then you do not know whether the same contractor caused an accident for T minus one month. Information reaches you with one month lag.
Along with the model code, you are required to submit a small description of :
- Entire Solution space considered - problem summary
- Subset of the solution space that you determined you would experiment with and the reasoning behind your decisions. - EDA and Visualization skills
- How you measure your model performance. - experiment design
- Final results.
