Autocomplete postcode magento2

Hello everyone.
Quick disclaimer: I don't need a google api autocomplete but a custom one.
The thing is easy: On the checkout, i need to get an autocomplete feature based on a postcode/city. In attachment, there is a CSV which must be stored into a custom table (koalan_postcodes).
So, if the user starts to type it's city then the autocomplete suggestions will pop out to help him if it's available for it's country (the same if he starts to type a postcode). The standard postcode / city for M2 must be hidden . For now, only France will be this but in the future other countries will be integrated.
The module must be compatible to Magento 2.3.
I will have a lot of small jobs for 2 projects on Magento in the future.
