On May 31st 2012 Federal Express ("FedEx") switched to a Web Service to supply live shipping rates in Magento. Unfortunately FedEx's new Web Service only supports the newest versions 1.6.2.0 and 1.7 We need someoone who can determine why FedEx 1.7 is showing FedEx published rates and not FedEx discounted rates on a Magento 1.7 site, and can fix the situation by displaying the discounted rates.
