Magento 2.3.5 Cron jobs and reindex only working when manually run on ssh

My site works but I am having to manually run cron and reindex on ssh for it to update on the front and backend.
I would like this issue to be fixed so that
php bin/magento cron:run
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
Runs every * on the backend.
