We require research on fully cooked speciality meat products (not poultry) in the United States. We are looking for local products we can purchase from processors and pack for retail markets. We may slice dice or portion control the whole product to repack and add value for the retail consumer. Texas BBQ Beef brisket would be an item, the product needs a unique regional flavor, but must be available in truckload volumes (40,000 lbs). We aslo need the name of processors manufactuers who can supply this product. The item must be fully cooked.
