Market Research for Mobile IV Hydration start up in South Australia -- 2

Product validation, market validation, idea validation: Products, Price, Quality, Selection, Service, Reliability, Stability, Expertise, Company Reputation, Location, Appearance, Sales Method, Credit Policies, Advertising, Image

Growth opportunities, use the data to establish my target markets and service offerings

Are we solving the patients, and/or customers problem the right way? Hangover cure, fatigue, IV hydration

Are prospects ready to buy?

How much will prospects pay?

Can we achieve product-market fit?

what's the minimum feature set required to generate sales?

What is the average number of sales per month, week, year and are they seasonal periods?,

What demographics and locations are customers in that use the service most, and what services are they using?

what are the barriers of entry?

what license are required? (South Australia, and other Australian states)

what percentage or how do most businesses in this industry fail?

Insights should be collected from a wide range of perspectives in order to develop a comprehensive idea of our product’s potential, customers using the services but also people who work in or support the industry, we would look to have a "on demand" or gig work type online order system so nurses etc, can log on and accept jobs as orders place (uber for nurses) is this appealing to be able to log in and out of work and be paid per job/hr, adhoc?

We are looking to focus on hydration and peak performance or recovery, vitamin/drip options available but hydration is what we'll market, our service is mobile so no brick and mortar store, we go to the customer, the vans fit out is so we can either service in home or the customer can come and have an 'experience' in the mobile vehicle,

what sort of things would customer consider to be of high value to this service in terms of add ons? Safety obviously, but more than that. If we could provide all of their medicinal needs ie vitamins, GP prescribed medications so they didn't need to attend a chemist would that be seen as valuable?

how do they prefer to pay ( subscription, one time, online),

what sort of medical/wellness lifestyle product or packages that came to them would they consider valuable and/or to meet their needs?, For example if a corporate person was at a conference, had too much to drink or felt jet lagged, and knew they'd order this service and that they could order online, have a nurse attend their home or hotel discretely, bring food or juice/nourishment, assist them in preparing for the day and provide them with anti-nausea and a hydration IV for 30 mins, would they use it?

Would it be of value to a party thrower ie bucks party, to treat the morning after and would it be of value if offered in packages say with a cleaner and oxygen bar,

What features/ comforts/differentiators would they like in the mobile vehicle; TV in van, massage chairs, video games, virtual reality experience, play their own music, lighting, ambiance, what would they like/consider paying a premium for when using a service like this, other than paying for a licensed experienced medical professional?

Would they consider alternatives such as self-administration if given a new device and instructional video if it came to it ie COVID lock down, (what sort if options could be provided if we are affected by COVID again)

How big is the high income earning demographic in Australia split by state by region., and their likelihood of adoption of a IV service.

what are the customer objections to using or buying this service,

is there a need for this product.

I want to better understand the product’s perceived value,

i want to know the predictions for market growth within South Australia and on average projected financials / sales / average costs. .
