We are looking to gain some insights into the smart phone landscape in the Indonesia market. For this purpose we are looking to interview 5 professionals who are currently working in (or have worked in the past) in leading smart phone companies in Indonesia. After evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the first 5 interviews more number of interviews can be conducted in the second phase.
For conducting these 5 in-depth interviews we need help from local market research agencies in Indonesia. The interviewer should be able to conduct the interviews in either English or Bahasa. The interviews have to be conducted in a professional manner in line with international standards.
There will be around 20-25 questions. The duration of each interview will be around 30-40 minutes each. The questions will be framed by LeadStrategus and handed over to the agency conducting the interviews. The questions will be around: Product Features, Sales/Marketing Organization structure, Marketing Strategies, Distribution Channels, Retail.
The interviews will be in person and the answers will have to be documented against the questions. The transcripts of the interviews conducted in English have to be provided to LeadStrategus. Further, the English transcripts of the interviews conducted in Bahasa will also have to be provided to LeadStrategus.
We expect to complete this assignment within 7-10 working days.
