Paid signups for shoppingcart

Unlimted paid signups for a shopping cart service. international signups encouraged but onlythe website and customer service is only in english. The service is $5 a month My website is globalestores.com. I need 1000 or more paid signups per month. I will pay $1.00 per paid signup every 30 days recurring. I will only create and pay milestones every 30 days after recieving the paid signups. I have a free signup option that allows a 3 product max store. Im only paying for paid signups and those that switch to paid signups. You must have prior experience and i need to know the methods in which you plan on using. You must also have a method that both you and i can can track paid signups that come from you (date of signup, number of signup etc). make your bid by the number of customers you deliver and that's $1 per paid signup.
