We have recently started using Zoho CRM, Invoicing, and email.
We would like an experienced Zoho developer to create some formulas and workflow automation to enable us to have multiple properties - each with their own booking calendar. Create a formula using check in dates and check out dates to generate number of nights stay. This should then be mapped directly into the invoice app which can produce a relevant quote for the customer.
If possible we would also like the calendar for each property to update the third party portal calendars using the appropriate APIs.
We require the functionality of workflows to be set up including automation of email templates according to check in and check out dates and autoresponders for each specific property.
This is so that an appropriate template with information and links for the relevant property can be sent to each enquiry.
I have purchase the Professional version of Zoho and the invoice and the email add on.
In addition to the set up of workflow/development and formulas and integration between apps, we should be shown how to use the set up briefly so that we can then get the use out of the CRM as desired.
