We are looking to expand our reach connecting with professionals, CPA's, attorneys of all specialties, commercial realtors, doctors, wealth managers, Farmers, and commercial property owners. We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Specialist to help us reach these audiences effectively through targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Segmentation: Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage professionals, CPA's, attorneys, commercial realtors, doctors, wealth managers, and commercial property owners.
Content Creation: Help craft compelling and tailored content, including articles, social media updates, and email campaigns, to resonate with our target audience's needs and interests.
Direct Outreach: Establish and maintain direct contact with commercial property owners and farmers to explore collaboration opportunities.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and goals.
Qualifications:
Proven marketing experience with a track record of targeting and engaging specific professional audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
