I have an advanced degree in Management from the Academy for Public Administration in Hanoi, Vietnam. I also received a lot of professional trainings from the U.S. Department of States. Since my graduation from the first university, I have worked for two big different international organizations (SONY Cooperation and U.S. Mission to Vietnam). have a lot of practical experience in human resources management work with excellent computer, communication, negotiation and customer service skills. In addition, my 14 plus-year experience as HR Manager has helped me build up the ability to manage HR functions during a period of extreme growth at the start up of the U.S. Mission in Vietnam as well as leadership skills to keep the HR Office running smoothly during a period of increased workload and numerous staffing gaps. I also gained some marketing experience from my work for SONY Corporation . I am currently living in Taipei but will move back to the States in July 2016.
