Marketing Talent / Client Acquisition Manager
€2-200 EUR / hour
We are a brand new agency based in Switzerland looking for an additional marketing talent for sales and acquisition. We focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle products and services, therefore we are looking for someone with the drive to be on top of the game regarding fashion developments and marketing trends, yet able to speak the language of more conservative brands as well.
A keen eye for aesthetics and timeless design are very much preferred.
As we are not launched yet, the exact work processes are still to be determined and will grow organically. Theoretically, we are open to discussing flexible work solutions and always love hearing good ideas. If our new marketing talent has expertise in other areas (design, customer service, etc), we can discuss how those areas might fit in as well.
Key role:
● Defining and finding potential clients
● Introducing potential clients to our services
● Wrapping up deals
● Updating and managing client database
● Create monthly KPI
● Promote our services through a number of channels (exact channels tbd depending on location and potential further skills)
● Ability to work independently
● Strong sales persona, yet polite and sophisticated communication at all times
Qualifications:
● Fluent in English and German, ideally Swiss German
● Social media savvy
● Impeccable spelling and grammar in English and German
● Prior experience in similar position
This position allows for home office and flexible hours. We will require you to schedule emails to be sent during Swiss business hours though.
You will be paid on commission basis and earn 20% of all negotiated deals. (Please disregard the listed budget, the system requires this to be filled out even if not applicable.)
There will be NO spam and NO cold acquisition.
Swiss applicants (even if not currently residing in Switzerland) are strongly preferred for this position, as some client communication requires specific cultural nuance and some clients will only speak Swiss German. Although ultimately we will hire the best overall fit. However, applicants MUST be fluent in English AND German / Swiss German.
