TechDigg is looking for someone to manage our client/customer relationships. We need someone who is organized and able to effectively communicate with our clients and sponsors. You will work with our Editor-In-Chief/Chief Executive as a dedicated customer support liaison. You will be asked to respond to all inquiries from potential leads and interact with sponsors to ensure their needs are being met. We want a single person to handle customer outreach and public relations in order to allow the team to focus on other things.
We need someone who is willing to work primarily commission based for TechDigg. This is a great opportunity to interact with a reputable and rapidly growing syndicated publication. TechDigg already has a list of current and past sponsors, we need someone to manage that list and help us grow it even further. This person will be expected to reach out to and respond to clients on all platforms including email, social media, and influencer networks. At times you may be asked to write an article or review, we expect this person to be efficient and capable of such tasks as they arise.
The Ideal candidate will have experience on various platforms:
-MS Excel and Word
-Good communicating and writing abilities.
-Strong background in sponsor/customer outreach via email and social media. i.e. CRM
-Be kind and polite as well as responsive
-Be open to completing many different tasks to help the business grow
Equity options of 2-5% are available in lieu of direct compensation
