I am hiring for one of the best media agencies (AOSMedia) to work with here on Freelancer. We are looking for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator (Reels and TikTok videos) with proven and strong social media marketing experience, who can work 5-6 hours a day. You’ll be working alongside the creative team in order to create social media content. YOU NEED TO KNOW/UNDERSTAND MARKETING.

Responsibilities
Create simple reels/TikToks like [login to view URL]
Content research
Schedule content
Developing new social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
Work closely with a copywriter for all of the post needs
Creative & inspirational storyteller who constantly brings fresh ideas to the table and new ways of communicating for our clients
Collaborate on presentation and explanation of content to client
Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content client’s TikTok and Reels audiences.
Collaborate with various teams at LOOP to ensure that content is on brand.
Monitoring and reporting of TikTok and Reels KPIs and metrics.
Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in Reels and TikTok creation, worked either for a company or a personal account (please include some TikTok/Reels Videos, you have worked on in your application)
Skilled in Video editing
Marketing skills
Understand influencers, their target audience, their desires and pain points, how to create copy to get my target audience.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms.
You are familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user.
A creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.
Good eye for design
Copywriting skills
Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
An independent and reliable way of working, even on tight deadlines
