Program equations in MathCad 8.0 (see the attachment). The equation should be neatly programmed and the final version should be report quality. To the extent possible, the equations should look the same as in the report. Accuracy is important. Please double-check your work (I do not want to debug the code). If you bid, please show your past work in MathCad. Please state when you can deliver the work. I am hoping in the next 12 hours or so. I expect to pay no more than $50.
