transform camera extrinsic matrix / parameters from one coordinate reference system to another

I have given a camera calibration of a camera c1 within one world space W1. and i have given a camera calibration of a second, fixed camera c2 w.r.t to the first camera in a diffferent world space W2. i need to have the transformation perfomed, that describes position and rotation of the second camera within the world space W1.
