I have a 3d Model (3d dwg) that i want you to refine it and make the analysis. I have also added the model .wbpj but it's not complete, it's missing the steel tube with concrete and the materials/contact surfaces. You need to add these missing parts and assign all contact surfaces etc.
I need the upper beam loaded with horizontal displacement increasing from ±1mm to ±100mm (cyclic loading) (find the load graphic in photos attached) and the bottom beam fixed and i want to see how all the parts react to this displacement load. You can see the attached picture for more informations. Also the contact surface betwen the concrete inside the steel tube and the inner core of the bar will have 3 different friction coefficients (0.65, 0.2 and 0.04) . I want to see if these friction coefficients influence the final results in some way. So we will have 3 versions of structure, for each friction coefficient. Steel material is S275 (eurocode).
The completion time for this project is 3-4 weeks because it's a complex model and it needs time to be done correctly.
This model was done after a real experiment so i need the data to be correlated to the real experiment.
I will also need a written report with the exact steps you did in ansys to complete the project (defining materials, contact surfaces, everything with print screens) and with the diagrams resulted (von misses & others) for the axial displacement load provided.
