Engineering a Hydraulic Test Bench

Freelancer must design a test bench suitable for testing a "servo hydraulic actuator" which is working at 500PSI and is tested at 1000 PSI and 12 VDC , in a range of 4m -20 Ma where 4 mA is fully open and 20 mA is fully close.
This servo hydraulic actuator is comandet by a servo valve and depending on the pressure and the range of Ma the arm is extending or is retracting.
Freelancer must work with client in finding the available equipment and to introduct in the system.
