FEA of Centrifugal Fan 900 mm in Diameter

It is a custom centrifugal fan, 900 mm in diameter with 24 vanes.
It has to spin at 3000 RPM without exploding. And it will only operate in air (not water or any other fluid).
Need FEA analysis to equal or exceed 3000 RPM without failure.
