Appreciate guidance from experts on the best way to cut out many small patterns (1mm diameter holes, 4mm side triangles, curved rectangles, etc.) on thin polycarbonate sheets (<0.5mm thickness). I have done research online. Some suggested CO2 laser and some thought it was a bad idea. Because the patterns are tightly packed, I am not sure whether die cutting is an option. This project is to make sound recommendations and if possible, produce such patterns as proof of concept. Thanks.
