I am a model maker, problem solver, mechanical engineer with over 40 years of building huge model ships from scratch. Most recently I have finished 12 feet long Futuristic Pirate Ship RC.
My business idea is to use my model as a cash cow for renting, leasing or possibly sell it right out, but passive income is what I am after. I am looking for a strong closer, manager who will start advertising and set the deal for good.
