The Kanban features are standard, but your acceptance criteria are the real test, sub second card sync across clients and a dashboard that stays under two seconds even with 10,000 plus records. Those two are where this is won or lost, so id engineer for them from the start, not bolt performance on later. For the real time drag id use WebSocket rooms per board so updates push instantly to everyone on it. For the dashboards id lean on proper MongoDB aggregation pipelines with the right indexes so they stay fast at scale instead of crawling as data grows. All on React 18 with TypeScript, Node and Express, Mongo Atlas, JWT with role based access, and Docker Compose with the test suite passing. One question, roughly how many concurrent users per board are you expecting? Thanks
